Hope Week Activity Happiness Triggers- recognizing and identifying the things that foster happiness are just as important as negative feelings.  Create Coping Kits- Gather items that bring a feeling of comfort and calm in times of stress
Hope Week Activity Dreams and Fears Tree- Illustrate and give name to dreams, aspirations also listing any fears that may impede achieving those dreams.  Kites! - Visually see your dreams launching into the air on the tail of a kite. Attach a few dreams to the kites and watch them take flight (Weather permitting)
Hope Week Activity Paint Kindness rocks for participants to take with them and hide throughout town. Â
